Ashford International Hotel & Spa
My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night.

Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel
Hotel staff were amazing. Dinner was great. Now the negatives. There was a huge coach party staying over. The dining area was out of bounds for usual guests and signs were up to say 2 larger areas were reserved. The bar area itself only has a few tables so there was no where for other guests to sit. ...
