Questa casa è PERFETTA per qualsiasi cosa U di A! A meno di 5 minuti dal centro di Tuscaloosa, questa casa è anche a pochi passi dal centro di Northport, un quartiere affascinante e percorribile con negozi e ristoranti e, naturalmente, Billy's Sports Bar and Grill! Downtown Northport ospita gallerie d'arte e festival come il Kentuck Art Festival (3 ° sabato e domenica di ottobre) e il Dickens Downtown (1 ° martedì di dicembre). La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto con nuovi letti di qualità alberghiera. Ci sono 2 bagni e 2 unità A / C, uno al piano inferiore e uno al piano superiore che sono nuovi. La camera familiare ha un nuovo divano ad angolo che ospita tutti i tuoi amici e familiari per un pallone da calcio e una TV da 55 "per guardarlo! Sala da pranzo con posti a sedere fino a 10 posti e tavolo con angolo 6. La cucina è completamente fornita e il cortile ospita uno splendido patio con 2 tavoli (uno alto per 2 e 1 normale per 4) e barbecue. C'è un cottage per gli ospiti nel cortile che ha il proprio ingresso e vialetto.

I bagni sono stati completamente ristrutturati. Terminato marzo 2019.

Cozy and Comfortable Home in Northport

This is an older house that has been remodeled. It is big , but very cozy and comfortable. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Nice deck With a grill that we used two nights. Very comfortable living Spaces also. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, charming old home in Northport

Great space. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful backyard. There were no trash sacks and no paper towels. There was also no info about the house, where to find things, how various systems worked (HVAC) and in particular there was no information about wifi and password. We contacted the host with questions, but a notebook with information and details would have been helpful and appreciated. There is a lovely deck and backyard, but only 2 chairs. That was disappointing. Some attention to detail was needed. However, we had a great time and would return again.

Bridal day getting ready

Property is a lovely historic home with large spacious rooms. We rented the property for my daughter’s wedding weekend and the bridesmaids all came to have hair and makeup done before the wedding. The photographers got some lovely shots of the bridal party on the back deck with its magical trellis and pretty yard. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. They thought of small details to add to your stay.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had such a wonderful time during our short stay here. Elizabeth was more than accommodating and so communicative. The house was warm when we arrived and it was equipped with everything to make us comfortable. I can definitely see this as the perfect holiday meeting place for a family with a beautiful dining area and two living rooms. I would say anyone would be happy with this beautiful property! It was wonderful.

Perfect home for Bama visit!!

This was a wonderful home to stay for the weekend to visit our son and go to a football game! Home is beautifully decorated with an Alabama theme! It was clean and Elizabeth had everything you would need for an easy and comfortable stay. A short walk to downtown Northport and an easy ride into Tuscaloosa!! We will definitely be back!! RTR

Eggs-cellent Choice!

We truly enjoyed our U of A Parent’s Weekend stay in Northport, Alabama. The home was a perfect size for our family and everyone agreed that the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again if our granddaughter invites us back! PS - Downtown Northport’s Easter Egg Walk was a pleasant surprise.

Christmas with family

Even though my husband and I couldn't go due to COVID, my son and girlfriend enjoyed the property very much which was across the street from my other son. He said it was very large and comfortable and the the mattress was so comfy; the best sleep he's had in weeks. Looking forward to enjoying it as a whole family in the future.

Bama football weekend

Very nice property. There was a strong fish smell when we checked in. Discovered on was coming from Disposal. Ran hot water with soap and took care of it. Property clean and very comfortable. Outside deck and grill are very nice! Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.

Clean and super comfortable

What a great house: clean, super cool AC and very comfortable beds. Beautiful updated decor with lots of original details for that “old house charm”. Our family of 6 had more than enough room and it was a haven after evacuating from a hurricane. Tons of room on the sofa for movie night :) Thanks Elizabeth!

Perfect house for family

This is a perfect home for the whole family! We stayed 4 days, and there was tons of room to keep 6 family members happy! The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook lots and host a luncheon for 16! Owner Elizabeth was fantastic, as was her property manager, Royce. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay…and I’m pretty picky! Roll Tide!

A great weekend in Tuscaloosa

Spent time at this property celebrating an early Thanksgiving with our son at UA. The set up was perfect for that and the location was easy and quick access to campus and the stadium. The home had everything we needed! Thank you!
