This house, "The Nest" was the best house! Our family of 6 was attending our granddaughter's volleyball tournament and celebrating her 16th birthday. Our hosts, John and Sara Beth were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend and even some special touches... good luck notes and cookies were left for us. They had a list of recommended restaurants and bakeries that was so helpful. They were wonderful hosts!The house very clean, wonderful bedding, all the TVs for watching sports, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home was so cozy and comfortable. The gigantic open shower and claw tub was quite a treat. The two porches were so nice to enjoy coffee every morning. The location was great...close to downtown and campus! I can't say enough about this house and the sweet hosts. We would definitely book this incredible home again!!!

We stayed at the Nest recently from 8/7-8/10 to move my daughter back to UA. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind before the move. The house is spacious and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the swing in the screened porch and all the twinkling lights out back. The primary bedroom ensuite bath is gorgeous! I highly recommend the Nest and we hope to be back again soon.

Absolutely Home Away From Home

Beautiful, clean home. Great neighborhood. Great hosts. Our stay was due to a funeral and we had to travel from NC to Tuscaloosa. This home could not have been anymore beautiful and convenient. Plenty of room, great back porch and yard, not to mention the one of a kind Master Bathroom with an awesome shower. Hosts were very accommodating and compassionate to the reason we were there. Would recommend this house to anyone.

We'll be back!

This was the perfect house for our family to stay in! The backyard and screened in porch were amazing… we could swing while they ran and played. All of our favorite restaurants were just across the river and everything was so convenient!

Such a cute, clean and spacious house for our stay. So much more comfortable than hotel. Within a short drive to anything we needed or wanted to do The host was great and prompt with communication. We will definitely stay here again.

Family weekend trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “The Nest.” It is conveniently located near University of Alabama and many great places to eat. This house is so cute and comfortable. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness too. The host were great! We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay. Convenient and comfortable

We chose this accommodation to visit our daughter, a junior at Alabama, and to introduce our high school junior to a large university as she plans for college. The location was convenient and close to all the amenities we needed. The house easily accommodated several family dinners and game nights with my daughter, her roommate, and the four of us visiting. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and also come together. It was generally quiet, except for some loud cheers during Alabama's Elite 8 victory! We highly recommend staying here, except on the weeks that we plan to come back and stay there!

Convenient Location. Approaching Tuscaloosa (campus) from NorthWest, from Memphis area, property is convenient and easy to get to. It was very clean and welcoming. Property manager great is and readily available. Less than 10 minutes from campus. Thank you.

Alabama Game

We were in town for the Alabama versus Arkansas game. The home is a short drive away from the stadium in Northport. The home is lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Perfect and Cozy

Great long weekend

Had a great time visiting the campus. Did a bball game, stadium tour, baseball game, and campus tour. The house was in a great location for campus outings and we enjoyed the screen porch each day. Thanks to the hosts for also alerting us of a special lovey that was left and offering to send it home, we are VERY grateful!!

Beautiful place

The property was SPOTLESSLY clean. It was even more beautiful in person. The backyard was huge and the lights and fire pit were fantastic. It couldn’t have been a more perfect place to spend the weekend. The owners were quick to respond to questions and even brought a grill over for us to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning

Beautiful home very spacious and gorgeous. Bathrooms are amazing and spacious. Porch area was amazing and great for entertaining. Kitchen had everything that you would possibly need and more. Highly recommend for family gatherings and weekend football games.
