“Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean. The location to downtown and to the Jannus live venue was perfect. Within a 5 minute walk. They were kind to my emotional support animals and I had free parking right next to the hotel. They said they had just reopened so the couple of things like the elevator not working ( got my steps in) and my shower being cold (was refreshing after dancing all night) were the only downsides.
