“Room didn’t look like the pictures I viewed on the website. There was a $100 deposit fee added once i checked in that I wasn’t aware was a part of their policy. It will be refunded within 7 days but wasn’t informed prior to checking in. Also the A/C unit cover was coming off of the unit which seems like should be an easy repair if proper inspection was done.”

“We had a good stay, however the main reason I booked this hotel to stay at was for the indoor pool and for the four nights we were there the pool was not open. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be coming to Wilmington often now as my son and his family have just moved here so hopefully the pool will open and we will stay again!”
