“During our last stay we needed the room cleaned last minute, they were quick and helpful.”

“We always love to stay at Holiday Inn, but this past visit our bed was slanted and very creaky. The crib we were given for our baby had broken bars and the shower had very little pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool (though those pool towels are very tiny and don't dry you at all). The free breakfasts are always a must, but the waffle maker was also broken... (See a pattern here?) The room stayed nice and cool, the tv worked well, the car stayed...

“The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number.
