“pulizia effettuata a giorni alterni senza nessuna informazione preventiva sia alla prenotazione che al check-in. il secondo giorno ho dovuto sollecitare al mio rientro la pulizia della camera perchè ancora non effettuata alle 2:45 PM pulizia della camera appena sufficiente e comunque incompleta e effettuata in maniera frettolosa personale alla reception non sempre presente perchè nascosto nella camera antistante a controllare il cellulare (devo specificare per correttezza che tale comportamento...

“The entire day was wonderful, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Elham in the breakfast room was wonderful and so friendly! Thank you!”
