“I believe the ladies name at the front desk that morning was was named Takeisha, but thank you so much. I had a long night on the road and went to sleep twice and I had to wait almost 9 hours to check in my room. I was able to rest peacefully safe and clean thanks to her definitely will visit again. Stay there again.”

“Terrible experience, the rooms did not have any of the promised amenities. When I attempted to get an iron I was advised the front desk didn't open until 9 AM. Why do I have to ask for an iron when they say they have them in the rooms? I will never stay here again.”

“The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad. ”

“Bedsheets had stains on it! Bed very uncomfortable! Security safe broken! Shower tub very unsafe and slippery! Terrible in closet space for hanging stuff! Elevator not working and water leak in building roofing! Too much smoking near front entrance of building! Food warm! ( We need a refund on this stay from Expedia or Embassy Suites).”

“Room was clean, appeared to be freshly painted. My bathroom had no mirror in the bathroom, just exposed wires from where the vanity light should be. I only stayed one night so I made do, but wonder how a detail like this could be overlooked. Furniture in the lobby is worn out, kind of gross.”

“Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow. To allow guests some peace from at least the hallways and connecting rooms. It was like everything was paper thin. Staff was extremely friendly, but might have been a bit overrun,...
