“For all four nights of my stay, the hotel’s key system was not functioning properly, and I had to be escorted to my room each time I needed access. This created repeated delays and was a considerable inconvenience throughout my stay. While the hotel did offer $10 bistro credits for three nights, I do not feel this fully reflects the level of disruption experienced.”
