“We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. “We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed.
