“The room was hot and miserable all hours of the night. The air would click off after 5 mi utes of running then shut off for maybe 1 hour then click back on. Staff once arrival charged an additional 150 after I’ve already payed for the entire stay thru app ”

“Got a handicap room. Brought our dog. $75 fee for him. The staff was super friendly. The property and room was very clean. Everything worked. Great stay ”

“Parking was very tight. Doors let in the sound from every car and motorcycle that drove in. Kids running up and down the stairs and up and down the halls. Someone having a picnic in one of the few parking places left. It is on a busy street and it was noisy.”

“Pros: Pets are allowed and welcomed. The staff is really nice and provided what we asked for. Cons: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was really thin more like a sheet. The bathroom was not maintained properly and bath tub was slippery. ”

“Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. “Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed. ”

“The room was clean and the shower was wonderful. Hot water and lots of pressure. We had to get our on towel s and toiletries when we ran out. No housekeeping visited our room. 3,night stay. You have to pay a third party for parking which was $15.00 a day plus taxes. The balcony view was great, the beds were soft and the room was quiet. ”
