“The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.”

“The sheets were dirty. The hotel smelled like smoke and it’s supposed to be non smoking.
Someone pooped in the pool and the pool was still opened without it being cleaned so we swam in it.
The breakfast was not great. Hard biscuits, salty gravy, no forks. The waffle was good.
Wasn’t the greatest but it was a place to lay our head for one night.”

“Overall, the stay was fine. There were Cheez-It or goldfish crumbs on our beds when we arrived on top of the comforters. The outside property itself was not very well maintained, but I have seen worse. Hot water only lasted about 2 to 3 minutes with six people in a suite. Mildew/mold, stains in and around the shower area other than that it was amazing.”
