“After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional.”

“About what you'd expect for $89. Shady location just off the interstate. Cleaning staff looked like they just came from the halfway house. The hallways has a very strong marijuana odor, the rooms smelled mildewy and there was very strong odor that I can only describe as sewer gas. It was clean enough although not meticulously clean. “Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. Other than that, the tub and shower in the main bedroom were wonderful, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!...
