“The room was indeed rustic. We stayed in the fireplace King with mountain view. The room was absolutely sparkling clean - and I have to say that I am super picky. We had every amenity that we needed & the front desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond for something that I needed and did it with a wonderful attitude.
