“We bought a swimming suit for my granddaughter. The store failed to take the magnetic tag off. I went to the front desk to see if she had any ideas. She was very helpful and in the end called maintenance who then came and got the tag off. Above and beyond. Really appreciated it.”

“Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel.”

“It's a budget hotel, so I know what to expect, and I was very happy with my stay. There were no bugs, the bed was comfy, the walls were not thin, and the water was surprisingly hot for a hotel, so all those things were great to me! It was a little dirty, but the rooms seemed recently renovated, so I was happy with it. There was no real breakfast, but I had already accounted for that and appreciated the hot coffee each morning.
Keep in mind that it does have smoking rooms, and the first floor...

“The room was very nice. Loved the jetted tub, great shower pressure. The pillows were nice but the bed itself was very firm. If you have back issues like I do the extra firm bed was not nice for my back.”
