“Lovely friendly hotel. Room clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. ”

“Not easy to find,since no street-number supplied until asked for. Expected en-suite - bathroom shared (between 2 rooms) and quite a distance from the bedroom. Access arrangements (and supervision) sketchy - via key-safe on telephoning (never-seen) owner. However, the bed was very comfortable and the location quiet.”

“This was a little hidden gem that we will definitely return to. It was a wonderful base and the shared facilities- bathrooms and kitchen, was perfect with little extras like snacks and hot drinks to help yourself to. It was a couple of minutes walk to bus stops, Lidl, convenience stores, Dominoes Pizza and take away. It was about 15 mins to the station and the start of the walk into town. “The mattress was good and the bathroom was clean. However, I got an electric shock on the kettle in the kitchen first thing. The plumbing is very noisy & this lasts all night long. The stairs are not clean. The en-suite bathroom is tiny with a faulty door. ”
