Hotel a Northwood

“The room was fabulous for myself an fiance an kiddo...not only was it super clean but smelled fabulous. The staff was great with helping with any things I needed. But when I came to check-in even though it was 10pm it did take the evening staff about 10 minutes to come to the front in order to check me in. He was helping another person who was staying there so I understood”

“Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements”

“The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it.”

“In all fairness, they are renovating now, which I didn't know when booking. Our room was renovated and quite nice. The room was spacious, nice bright bathroom with only a shower, no tub, which was fine for me. The shower head is positioned why too high so you can't really adjust it, unless you are tall. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and pillow were great. It was quiet as there were only maybe a handful of guests....if that. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, white...
