Review in key areas:Location - The home location is ideal - it is less than 10 minutes drive from so many attractions - The Grove/Farmers Market, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, etc.. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very walkable. Home - The house is large, clean, and spacious. It has some areas that are older/worn (e.g. the pool has some cracks and is missing tiles in multiple spots, one of the staircases seems much older than other parts of house). It also...
