I just want to point out one defect in the hope that someone at Dunston Hall will see this and take some action to prevent it happening again. “Thought the location of the hotel was good, parking was easy the breakfast and food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. parts of the room were a little tired and someone had splashed a drink over the curtains at somepoint so they could do with cleaning.”

“The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn.”
