Cottage a Norwich

“Quiet location for a relaxing holiday , perfect to explore Norfolk, spacious accommodation and dog friendly too”

“A lovely little cabin, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Even the bed was comfortable which was a huge bonus. It is obvious that the cabin is a labour of love for the hosts and not just a business. This is seen in the thoughtful way it is furnished and all the little extra touches around the place. The welcome pack was a nice suprise and very welcome. So nice to have their own honey and eggs .... yummy!.The hosts are warm and welcoming just like their cabin. We will return.”

“It was our second visit and everything was just as good as we remembered.”

“Lovely place to stay, only a quarter mile from where I spent my summer holidays as a child”

“This is a very interesting place to stay and the hosts provided a very generous basket of goodies and kindly showed us around the windmill. The accommodation is in the building connected to the windmill. We had a lovely weekend, but would look for accommodation with more rooms/space if doing again. Having the second double as the main living area is not ideal. The sofabed is pretty uncomfortable as a sofa and bed. There isn't really enough sofa or dining space for 8. It would be perfect for 5. ...

“We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor. As we had young children with us we ate in every night. We felt that there was not enought pots and pans for all of us. There was no instructions for the oven.I think the kitchen items need to be looked at and improved. There were no plugs for the...

“Well provisioned and very comfortable. Easy reach of North Coast and East Coast. Would definitely return”

“Lovely place to stay and visit north Norfolk”

“Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return.”

“We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. Living room was spacious, it was nice to have a Freesat TV with NOW TV. The sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was a little bit cramped, but was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Welcome pack was a lovely thing to receive. The only downside to this place was the bathrooms - especially on the...

“Well situated and also well equipped.”
