“I wish there was a bar. Nice hotel. Easy to find. I’ll stay there again. ”

“The breakfast was fine the room is full of boxeldr bugs. The staff was very friendly.”

“There was mud down the hallway and no soap in the shower dispenser but there were two used bars of soap still in the soap dish in the shower”

“I was told that I needed to empty my trash into the dumpster myself. Being GF I found nothing to eat at breakfast that was not gluten. Coffee available but if you wanted juice you had to buy it from the vending machine. No utensils, so I had to use my bottle cap to scoop up the microwave egg breakfast I bought at Walmart.”

“Staff was incredibly rude and accuse me of lying about how many people were staying. My parents were helping me bring my kids and luggage in but were not actually staying. My husband then called the manager as he was not with us and she got mad and hung up on him We walked out and refused to stay. ”

“Experience was good. Nothing that stuck out as bad, or extraordinary. ”

“Everything was great aside from the car that was parked with sliced tires. Was a little sketched out at first, and also the waterslide being down for upgrading was a bummer but we still was able to swim at least. But overall we still had a great experience, room is spacious, wish they had fridges with a small freezer. Friendly staff, breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast and my kids enjoyed it. Thanks again!”

“Property was nice. Price being (way) jacked up because there were events going on in the city is never cool. ”

“There was slight damage to the room we were in, the chipped paint, the sink had this pink spot that was stuck, there was a line of dirt on the ground between the wall and the bed, and there were stains on the blankets - it was closer to tidy than it was clean but it did do the job for a couple nights:)”

“The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. ”

“Rooms were missing furniture and missing tv remote , garbage can, ice bucket and towels. The spell of POT was always in the hallways.”

“Room was not very clean - hair in bathroom by toilet, sink & on the side of the shower wall. Bathroom sink was not wiped down Very ”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...
