“The staff is great ”

“We were hoping to spend longer than 4 hours here. After traveling from Albuquerque, we were ready to enjoy the quietness and cool air. Unfortunately, my husband’s oxygen levels were really low. After a visit to the EMS 2 miles away, we were convinced by the deputy head EM Technician we should leave immediately and go to Montrose, CO 2400 ft lower in elevation. I wish we could have spent the night here. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Peaks! The staff were very welcoming and our room was very well appointed. There are fabulous views from every corner of the property and many areas to sit and enjoy the beauty. We are at the restaurant, Altezza, more th a once and enjoyed everything we tried. The hostess especially was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room...

“My husband and I stayed in one of the subdivided rooms…huge condo where one large bedroom suite/bathroom had its own private entrance with microwave and small fridge. It was larger than I envisioned, clean with great mattress and pillows. No issues with noise, but like any stay it can depend on who your neighbors are…very great positive experience at a fair price for Telluride lodging up in Mountain Village. Great value…pool, two spas and exercise room. Would stay again…staff awesome!”
