“Unfortunately we were given a very small room at one corner of floor 7: when I asked for a bigger room, the young receptionist aked his older colleague who, without turning towards me, let him write ob the mobile translator, 'this is the larger room in the hotel',however photos in hotels. Com show a much larger room. The hotel is very central and convenient for trips by train/bus. The onsen at floor 12 is very nice. The free ramen after dinner time, super kind offer.
