Case in affitto a Nottingham

“Looking for a place on water this rental is the perfect location ”

“This was an absolute treasure of a place and the goat was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every part of the stay. The outdoor little kitchen was a wonderful addition but the view from the deck is where we spent most of our time. The host provided snacks upon arrival and has almost everything you need to just come and relax.”

“Beautiful home!”

“Very cute, perfect for us and our pup.”

“It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...

“Colin was great House was comfortable for 6 of us Good place !!”

“Perfect for our littles, the house is right on the water. Great location, clean house. We told the host we had trouble with AC they came over to install another window unit. My daughter got sick and they answered the phone immediately to suggest a local urgent care. Very responsible, respectful of our privacy and a lovely house. We would stay again.”

“We had a spectacular visit in July with our extended family. It was the perfect place to hold our family reunion of 24 people. The property had so much old charm with all the comforts of home and a wonderful location to just hang out, go to the beach or shop and eat in Portsmouth. We would not hesitate to do it again and we appreciated the care and communication provided by Chelsi.”

“Very clean interior.”

“We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?”

“We were very appreciative of being able to check in a little early. However, the check-in instructions and information could have been much clearer. We rented the full 3-bedroom house, but each bedroom had a digital lock requiring a code. We were not given all of the codes initially and had to ask for them, then follow up again for the third room. I found this concerning from a safety/fire-safety standpoint, as the codes must be entered every time and one door was especially difficult and...

“The host was very responsive. Place was clean and had lots of paper goods, spices, coffee and tea. 2 blocks from the beach and very quiet. Note: The two bedrooms are on different floors. I did see lots of baby and beach equipment.”

“This is our third time staying here. The property is fabulous and Micah is a great host. Super responsive every time I’ve reached out! Highly recommend him as a host and his property for vacation!”
