Ocean breezes drift through as you step onto your private patio or balcony, the sound of the waves setting an easy rhythm for the day. Garden views greet you each morning, and beach access just moments away invites unhurried walks along the shoreline. At Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in Bucerías, life unfolds at the water’s edge, with resort-style amenities woven into your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
This entire condo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, with 8 beds and 5 baths. Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage - including a closet - create a restful, organized retreat after sun-filled days. A paid crib is available for those traveling with little ones, making the space comfortable for extended family stays.
Outdoor living
Waterfront surroundings and direct beach access make it easy to move between poolside relaxation and the sand. An outdoor pool and shared sauna are available on the property, along with free resort access to additional facilities. Back at the condo, your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area offers a breezy setting for morning coffee or evening conversations. Bikes are also available for exploring the surrounding area at your own pace.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, with everything arranged for easy preparation and gathering. A dining table invites shared meals, whether you’re starting the day with coffee from the drip coffee maker or winding down after time by the water. Barbecue utensils are available, and a grill can be reserved in advance.
Comfort & essentials
Central air conditioning, an AC - split type ductless system, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Bathroom essentials and hot water are provided, and the home includes a free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit for added convenience. Wifi and a TV support both relaxation and remote tasks. Elevator access makes reaching the 10th-floor unit simple, and free parking garage on premises is included for one vehicle.
Access & services
Guests enter through the building lobby, where building staff are available 24 hours a day. Self check-in is supported, and long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - offer flexibility for extended visits. This is a no pets property, ensuring a consistent environment for all guests.
Guest Access:
According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.
Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.
-Check In: 3:00 p.m.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.
This apartment has only one parking space.
Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
