The Space:

Soft ocean breezes move gently through the apartment as natural light filters in from the garden and pool beyond your windows. Mornings feel easy here - coffee at the dining table, a quiet moment on the patio or balcony, and the soft hum of a ceiling fan keeping the air comfortable. In Nuevo Vallarta’s warm, humid-tropical climate, days unfold at a relaxed pace, with long stretches of coastline and coastal charm just beyond the condominium.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level home accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 baths. The layout offers a comfortable balance of privacy and shared space, making it easy to unwind after a day near the beach. Room-darkening shades support restful sleep, while air conditioning and a ceiling fan help maintain a pleasant indoor climate. A washer, dryer, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials add everyday convenience throughout your stay.



Living space and entertainment

The interiors are arranged to encourage both relaxation and connection. Settle in with your favorite show on the TV or enjoy a quiet evening indoors after time by the pool. A safe is available for added peace of mind, and smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher enhance home safety. For those traveling with little ones, a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, and children’s dinnerware are available.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers space where guests can cook their own meals, whether preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at the dining table. With cooking basics and essential appliances provided, you have the flexibility to dine in at your own pace and enjoy unhurried meals together.



Outdoor and shared amenities

Step outside to outdoor furniture on the patio or balcony, or relax in the hammock with a book. Within the condominium, you’ll have access to a pool and gym, along with resort access to nearby facilities. A BBQ grill and beach essentials make it easy to enjoy the coastal setting, and bikes and a kayak invite you to explore the surrounding area. An elevator provides easy access within the building, and the home features no stairs inside the unit.



Work and convenience

Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected if needed. Self check-in via lockbox ensures a smooth arrival, and luggage dropoff allowed can be helpful for early arrivals or late departures. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking provide flexibility if you’re traveling by car. Long term stays allowed make this a comfortable option for extended visits.



Location

Set in Nuevo Vallarta along the Riviera Nayarit, you’re close to local restaurants, cafés, and the region’s expansive coastline. The warm climate and coastal setting create a relaxed backdrop for days spent between beach outings, pool time, and quiet evenings back at your retreat.



Good to know

The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests, including children and infants, in accordance with condominium regulations.



We guarantee the cleanliness of the accommodation upon your arrival, so you can feel as comfortable as you would at home.



Please take the following points into consideration before booking:



1. Apartment capacity. The unit has a maximum guest capacity. This limit includes adults, children, and infants, as all are counted equally according to the condominium regulations. Although the platform does not charge for infants under 2 years old and does not include them in the total occupancy, we kindly ask you to take this into account to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival.



2. Reservation cost. The final price may vary depending on the number of nights, the number of guests, and the selected dates.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. -Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay. -Check In: 3:00 p.m. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). -Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. -The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment. -Parking is subject to availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, approximately 15 * dlls per person per night. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. -Parking is for one car only -Pets are not allowed -No guests allowed -The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay. -The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. -Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. -Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. -The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
