For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Shared beach access allows you to walk to the shore whenever you wish, with beach essentials provided for comfort. Bikes, a kayak, and sun loungers add to the coastal leisure experience.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.
