The space

The entire unit is designed in a modern and elegant style, with a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to unwind and feel immediately at home. The single-level layout means no internal stairs, and with the building elevator nearby, moving through the property is effortless. Cleanliness is guaranteed on arrival — just step in and settle.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage in the closet all come standard, so you have everything you need to rest well after a full day outdoors.



Outdoor living

Your private balcony comes furnished with outdoor furniture, making it a natural spot for slow mornings or easy evenings with a view.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, drip coffee maker, and blender. Dishes, silverware, and a dining table round out everything you need to cook and eat in without a second thought — flexible for lazy breakfasts or relaxed group dinners.



Comfort & connectivity

Central air conditioning keeps the unit cool and comfortable throughout your stay. A TV and Wi-Fi are both available for downtime, and a dedicated workspace with a door gives you a proper setup if you need to work remotely. Hot water, all bathroom essentials, and a full suite of personal care products are provided.

Arrival & access

Self check-in is available via keypad, with a private entrance for a smooth, flexible arrival. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and free parking is available both in the on-site garage and on the street.



Location

Nuevo Vallarta sits on the shores of Banderas Bay within the Riviera Nayarit, with a tropical climate and some of the most accessible beaches on Mexico's Pacific coast. A laundromat is located nearby, and resort access allows you to make use of the surrounding facilities with ease. Whether you're here for the coastline, the calm, or an extended stay by the water — this is a place that makes it easy to stay a little longer.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



--IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
