The Space:

Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this entire single level home accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 baths. With no stairs inside, the layout is easy to move through and settle into. Central air conditioning offers a cool retreat after time in the sun, while room-darkening shades and cotton linens support restful nights. A TV and Wifi provide connection and entertainment when you want a quiet evening indoors. The private entrance allows you to come and go independently, and building staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with entry.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide space to spread out, complemented by 3 baths and hot water for comfort at any time of day. Bed linens and clothing storage - including a closet - help keep your stay organized and relaxed, whether you are here for a short visit or an extended stay.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast before the beach or an easy dinner to enjoy inside. A dining table creates a natural gathering point for shared meals, conversation, or planning the next day’s activities.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Waterfront and right next to a body of water, the condo places you close to the shoreline with shared beach access just moments away. The building features an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, and shared gym in building, along with resort access to nearby facilities. After a swim or time on the sand, you can return to your private patio or balcony and enjoy the outdoor dining area as the evening air cools slightly.
Practical comforts
Free parking garage on premises, an elevator with accessible dimensions, and self check-in add convenience to your arrival and daily routine. Home safety features include a carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher. Long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - make this a comfortable choice for both brief getaways and extended time along the Pacific coast.

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its accessible beaches and relaxed coastal setting along the Mexican Pacific. Here, days move easily between beach, pool, and shaded balcony, with warm temperatures year-round inviting you to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the sea.
Here are some points to take into account:
1) The apartment has a guest capacity.
The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.
The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.
2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _7_ people, being guest number _7_ a minor under 15 years old.
3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.
Guest Access:
According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.
Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.
-Check In: 3:00 p.m.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
