The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. Beach access nearby makes it easy to enjoy the sand and water as part of your daily routine. Kitchen and dining A dedicated kitchen provides a comfortable space for preparing meals at your own pace. Whether you’re enjoying fresh local ingredients or keeping things simple, the kitchen supports relaxed, at-home dining that fits naturally into longer or shorter stays. Outdoor living and shared amenities Outdoor furniture offers inviting spots to sit back and take in the coastal atmosphere. Guests have access to shared amenities that include a pool and hot tub, set within a resort-style environment. Resort access allows use of nearby resort facilities, adding variety to your days without leaving the area. Free parking on the premises, along with free street parking, is available for added convenience. Comfort and practical details The condo includes hot water, clothing storage, and a TV for easy evenings indoors. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and a host greets you on arrival to help ensure a smooth start to your stay. A carbon monoxide alarm is present in the home.
