For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, and the space is prepared before arrival so you can settle in comfortably from the start. Air conditioning keeps the interior cool, while WiFi and TV offer familiar comforts during quieter moments.

Outdoor features also include a BBQ grill, beach essentials, and a kayak, offering flexible ways to enjoy the coastal environment.
Family-friendly features The condo is equipped with family-focused amenities, including a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, changing table, and board games. Babysitter recommendations are also available, helping families plan time both together and apart.
Access and convenience A private entrance and keypad self check-in provide privacy and flexibility throughout your stay. The building offers elevator access with wide entry, and both free parking on premises and free street parking are available. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, making the space suitable for extended visits.
