For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and three beds. The master bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a double bed with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the living room offers a sofa bed for additional space. Two full bathrooms provide bathroom essentials and hot water for a comfortable stay.
Outdoor living
A private patio and balcony create inviting spots to enjoy fresh air throughout the day. Guests also have access to pools within the complex, landscaped gardens, and resort access. Beach access allows you to spend quiet mornings or evenings near the water, and beach essentials are available for ease. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no._2_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
