The Space:
The Marítima Playa Flamingos complex is a modern, trendy oceanfront development in Nuevo Vallarta and is one of the most sought-after family-friendly properties. Enjoy fantastic communal amenities like the refreshing ground-level pool, a rooftop lounge area with a pool, a well-equipped fitness center, a snack bar, a restaurant, outdoor dining tables, ping pong tables, and a gorgeous beach, plus the convenience of concierge services.

The main highlights of the condo:

The SITTING AREA features comfy sofa seating and a Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. The balcony features a gas BBQ, cushioned seating for lounging, and a dining table that seats 6.

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up. For sit-down meals or working on your laptop, there’s an indoor dining table.

2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 5 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed + Single bed
The bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, where you’ll have a table, chairs, and lounge chair.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and all the condo's amenities, such us beach access, pools, restaurant and more.

Getting Around:
The Marítima Playa Flamingos complex is APPROXIMATELY 15.9 km | 9.9 from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 50kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
