Nicely Renovated

We enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. We love Playa Royale and were very pleased to enjoy the updated, floors, furniture, TV, beds, etc. that other condos lack. It was really nice to have housecleaning included and they give you a schedule so you know when to expect them. Very nice job cleaning! Our only complaint would be the slow response of the owner. However, we are already booked for next year and anticipate another good stay.

Great trip

Been to Nuevo many times. Stayed up and down the beach from Estancia to Paradise Village. We loved this trip the most. Third condo we have stayed at in Playa Royale and this was our favorite. Amazing view. Well equipped. The staff on the beach and all over the complex were amazing. We will be back.

Good beach location

There was a minor plumbing problem when we arrived but it was addressed the next day. The coffeemaker kept saying it needed cleaned and the juicer does not work. We appreciated the filtered water in the kitchen and overall the property is in good shape.

Perfecto!

We have stayed in several different units through the years at Playa Royale and this was our favorite! Better than the pictures. Well equipped kitchen and nice that there is a washer/dryer. Grocery is short walk where you can purchase detergent and other items. Comfortable bed and plenty of closets/hangers. Loved the balcony and enjoyed meals out there too. Owners were very helpful when we needed instructions on how to operate TV. Already booked for next year!

Excellent!

This condo is furnished with excellent taste, looks newly updated with attention to detail for everything, the location is perfect! there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Access to pool and beach without any issues and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We are looking forward to our next stay at this amazing place.

Un endroit de rêve

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce condo qui est rénové. bien décoré, propre et confortable. Le complexe est magnifique, tranquille et très bien entretenu; la piscine est chauffée.. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Elsa est toujours disponible et bien accommodante. Tout était parfait à l’exception des ustensiles en petite quantité et des accessoires pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner! N’oubliez pas votre savon pour prendre une douche si votre arrivée est tardive. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner l’an prochain!

Nicely decorated and renovated

We have stayed at Playa Royale many times. We are always happy with how well the the buildings/grounds and pools are maintained. This two bedroom is nicely furnished and updated. The beds are excellent and the host is very responsive.

Escape to Nuevo Vallarta

My husband and I have stayed several times before at Playa Royale but in different units. For us the location is perfect because we can easily walk to Paradise Plaza and a few other restaurants nearby. The grounds are beautiful, you can hear waves rolling in regardless of which tower you're staying in and you can easily walk along the beach for kms to Bucerias or walk along the palm lined Avenida de los Cocoterros. This time we stayed in a unit in Tower 2 and really liked the fact that it's in the shade so we could eat all our meals outside and be on the large patio all day if we wanted. The lounge chairs were so comfortable and perfect for reading a good book! Our host was excellent with correspondence and following up on any questions we had before and during our holiday. The unit is exactly like the photos show! It was spotless when we arrived and Zoila came several times during our 3 week stay to clean and refresh everything.

Wonderful stay

The resort and grounds are beautiful and the condo was perfect. Absolutely spotless, with furniture that looks new and very elegant. The patio overlooking the pools is deep and shaded. We loved our stay and will be back!

The perfect condo and outstanding location

We stay at this lovely condo for the week of September 4th to 11th. The condo was ample and easily accommodated the 4 of us, but could have easily fit a family of 6. From the balcony you could view and hear the waves crashing and the beach was the most beautiful in Nayarit! Communication with the staff of the condominium was both helpful and very polite, as well as, with the owner was prompt and extremely accommodating. We recommend staying in this condo and can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo is beautifully furnished and looks newly updated with attention to detail to all things from start to finish. It is well located to nearby shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The view is spectacular from the large deck overlooking the stunning grounds of the resort and the pristine beach. The resort staff are very courteous and friendly. I will definitely book it again but this for longer.

Condo Just As Advertised!

Everything about this condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, and very comfortable. The smart TVs in all rooms and even a Bluetooth speaker were really nice touches. Access to the pool and the beach was amazing. Else the manager was extremely responsive and communicative. The property does have a kids pool, but we definitely got more of an older crowd vibe. We don’t mind that as we like to relax and enjoy downtime while vacationing. Can’t wait to plan our next stay. Thanks Elsa!

Playa Royale condo

We loved this newly renovated condo. The beds and furniture were very comfortable as were the loungers on the balcony. We appreciated the good quality appliances, knives, and pots and pans. Playa Royale is a very well maintained complex with lovely grounds and swimming pools. It is situated on some of the best beach front in Nuevo. We would certainly rent this property again.

Condo well equipped, extra inclusions greatly appreciated.

In a great area, good proximity to everything. Nice beach and pool, there are separate areas for enters and owners. Covid rules in place. The Condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. Maid service every other day included is a great bonus, a/c was great but not overly needed. Has all kitchen dishware to be able to cook in. I would definitely return to this condo!

What an incredible week!

We knew we loved Nuevo Vallarta and Playa Royal as we have stayed many times before and have family that are owners, however this condo was incredible. The linens, including beach towels, were great and the beds and other furniture was very comfortable. The location and accommodations were perfect. The staff at Playa Royal were always very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we wanted for nothing. Ramone, manager at Beach Club, and Alturo, waiter, were the BEST! The front desk was always on top of any taxi, reservations or anything else we might want. Thank you for an amazing vacation. We will be back.

Great place

My family had a great experience. The condo was clean, modern, had a great view, and the owner was easy to work with. However, if you plan on cooking make sure you look in the kitchen to see what you will need to get at the store because the kitchen was not equipped for cooking much.
