“every breakfast is the same. I'm tired of it.”

“Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food. ”

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“We had a great experience staying here. With breakfast and dinner are provided with kaiseki style, it was prepared properly and organized. Staff are kind and friendly. The room has tatami mats and very clean with outdoor bathtubs. Although the facility is kinda run down, we still enjoy our stay. The train station is just next to the hotel and bus stop is right outside the hotel. We will stay here again next time.”

“혼자 지내기 좋았습니다. 아래 1층 바 테이블에서 편의점 음식사다가 혼술도 할 수 있었고, 화장실이나 샤워실도 해당층에 1개씩 뿐이지만 불편함은 없었습니다. 무엇보다 청결해서 좋았습니다.”
