“Firstly, the room I had selected was not allocated to me upon arrival, which was disappointing. Secondly, most of the rooms are outdated and appear to have been poorly maintained. For the price charged, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. Lastly, I requested a baby bassinet before my stay, but no one informed me of any associated charges at the time of the request or during check-in. “This hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Although it’s marketed as a full-service hotel, housekeeping isn’t actually provided - despite a sign in the room directing guests to call reception for it. When we called, our request was ignored. We also found bugs in our bed and reported it, but nothing was done. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel; it falls well below acceptable standards in Australia.”
