"The accommodation is old and outdated, daily service was clean towels left on the table, dirty ones left on the floor of the bathroom. Floors were dirty, When I asked for tea towel, the receptionist gave me a bathmat?"

"Cypress Resort is comfortable but the room we stayed in was a little run down. There were many cracks in the bathroom. The staff were ok, I would suggest they take the time to look around the resort to see where everything is located. The receptionist wasn’t sure where we could locate a rubbish bin. ..."

"The units were spacious, exceptionally clean. Modern fittings, comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The gas fire was lovely. Location across road from Nineteen and Mezze is so handy. Loved our stay."
