“Don’t book with 3rd party as they put you in the smallest , noisiest and claustrophobic window view showing the rooftop noisy generator and aircon unit. The card malfunction mutiple time for entry. The ironing board cover is pretty dirty and you won’t literally place anything in on top of it let alone ironing your clothing. Expedia need to review its relationship with the hotel as they need to improve the type and quality of room allocated for Expedia members”

“Kitchen generally good though rangehood fan/light still unserviceable. Oven clean,toaster & grill unclean. Breakfast provided very satisfactory. Rooms very good.WiFi good. Parking adequate .”

“What a little gem Hill End Lodge was. We arrived late at night - cold and tired. John welcomed us warmly and Sue and Laura cooked up a storm for us. The place was warm and welcoming. Food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was just beautiful. Cabin was set in the most beautiful surroundings and cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thanks all. ”

“I stayed one night in a single room. On arrival the front of house staff were there to great me and were very welcoming. They upgraded me to a king-size room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed too was comfortable. I slept well - my bed was toasty warm and my slept wasn't disturbed because it was so quiet in the corridor and outside. The Motel was very close to the town centre and the car parking underneath...
