“Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I was particularly happy that there was fresh oatmeal as I was looking for a healthy breakfast option. Location was perfect for visiting Franklin and the surrounding historic areas as well as Nashville. ”

“The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our group of 8. We enjoyed the exercise room. It was raining so we weren't able to use the pool. The location was good.”

“The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average.”

“This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close...

“I was very happy with my stay at the Best Western Franklin. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and managed to get me into my room before check in time when I expressed my desire to get some rest. The breakfast was well stocked. The room was cleaned daily. The location was excellent just a stop light away from the freeway, with a grocery store, a Starbucks, and gas stations all in the immediate area. I was very happy with my selection and would stay...

“Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance.”

“There was no body soap for the shower. The room we were in was damp. Like if we walked with bare feet, our feet felt wet. It smelled musty. Just felt gross. The man working the desk was confusing and didn’t explain anything well. The waffles in the morning were good.”
