Immerse yourself in the charms of island life while staying at this welcoming classic cape. Full of natural light, this home is located in a peaceful neighborhood just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Oak Bluffs, and with easy access to several beautiful beaches and other vineyard towns.
This secluded home offers a well-stocked kitchen, generous deck space with firepit and grill, and a tranquil screened-in porch, creating the perfect setting for an effortlessly enjoyable stay.

Enter into a relaxing living room that flows into a warm and bright dining area and kitchen.
Three generous sliding glass doors connect the living room and kitchen to a charming screened in porch and a large deck perfect for evening grilling or enjoying your morning coffee.
The downstairs is completed with a full bath and a bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. Upstairs is a full bath and two bedrooms. One with a king sized bed, dresser, large closet and desk. The other upstairs room has a double bed, twin bunk bed, dresser and closet.
All bedrooms as well as the living room have AC units.
A washer and dryer are located in the basement. Beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and kayaks are available for your enjoyment as well.
Last but not least there is an outdoor shower to wash away a long day at the beach.

This is my family’s third year stay and it never disappoints. VERY clean, well stocked, 5 min drive to Circuit Ave, downtown Oak Bluffs and beaches. Large outdoor deck and screened in porch for entertaining. Quiet neighborhood and pet friendly. Highly recommend!

Love this house!

This is my second year renting this home with my family and we love it! The house is extremely clean and fully stocked including fresh clean bedding and bath and beach towels. The location is a 5 minute drive to the beach, market and restaurants. The screened in porch was nice for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. The deck was a great place for outside dining by the fire pit. Looking forward to next year!

Great Family Vacation!

The house was perfect for our family of four. It had all the conveniences of home, including washer/dryer, gas grill, kayaks, and bikes; meaning less to pack. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch off the kitchen where we drank coffee and read in the morning and played games at night. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood away from the busy dowtown but also that it was close and convenient when wanted to head into town.

Wonderful Hone

Jake was amazing. He helped us secure a car ferry slot. He left detailed instructions on what to do on the island. Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to most of the island

My new favorite stay on the vineyard

We had a great stay here! The house was clean, bright and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for when we wanted to cook. There were beach toys and chairs in the basement and the beds were super comfy. A selection of board games was a nice touch and since we had a rainy day this helped us have fun. We especially enjoyed the deck and porch and had breakfast outside most mornings. Also, the neighborhood was cute, quiet and a great area for taking walks. Jacob was helpful and responsive! I would definitely stay here again.
