Ten minute walk from the Oak Bluffs ferry, Circuit Ave, OB marina, gingerbread houses at the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association, great restaurants, fun shopping and convenient groceries at Reliable Market and the OB Fish Market, plus wine, beer and spirits at the Vineyard Wine and Cheese Shop. Easy walk to go to events at the Trinity Park Tabernacle and Union Chapel. In 5 minutes, you can stroll over to Niantic park to shoot hoops, play tennis or pickleball, or check out the Barn Bowl and Bistro. And of course the beach is just right down the street (there are two beach chairs under the bed!). You can't beat the location and with the AC on, you'll stay nice and cool even in the hottest summer months.
