“Staff was a little rude up on check in and there was an incidente with the hot tub that staff did not properly address even though they were notified in advance of me getting into it and it was a health hazard ”

“We were there for only a few hours, an overnight related to air travel. It was an exceptional stay for that purpose. Everything we needed and attention to detail, like blackout curtain around bed to block out any annoying electronic lights. I loved this since I have trouble sleeping if there is any light in the room. I highly recommend this place.”

“My room was not as clean as I would expect. The glass tops were smeared. There is no full size mirror in the room so I had to go into the hall to check my outfit. Bathroom lighting was weak. However the restaurant Moxi was great and the staff was wonderful. ”

“Everything was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The only "negative" was hearing the cars from the highway nearby, but it wasn't that bad. It was a convenient location, safe and kept up well. ”
