Im going to give a honest review me and my husband travel extensively. We stay in hotels and vrbo . The problem is the house needs more cleaning and updating. Most of the seating is high stools even for the dinner table .I have back problems was only able to sit on the couch .The outside is filthy and full of spiderwebs we used the bbq so the outside was important to us the cushions were ripped and filthy i will attach picture. The other problem is if your indecisive or want to invite or your in town to visit family i would not recommend this rental they charge 100 each additional person they see come in the door ,which it was upsetting because 2 of our college kids decided to make the trip and he was not flexible about it ,really?? What a joke he didn't even provide a bed or extra shower soap ...so 100 person is crazy. I brought extra air mattresses and went to buy hair soap.The soap they provide is the size of your little finger and the bar soap is the size of a quarter so if you want a good shower dont count on it.And the water pressure was a few tinkles .I left the property at 8am and tiddy i wanted to run out of there and was upset about the additional 200.What if you just have family visiting and you want them to stay the night ,I was disappointed never in my travels have any owners wanted additional for basically nothing. The owner was polite and responded when we called him but we we were honest about our additional children he was quick to say i need to pay fa
