* Clean BBQ after use
* Avoid outdoor areas at night
* Lock doors and windows at night
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house to ensure cleanliness and prevent smoke damage. A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for smoke remediation if this rule is violated

Indoor fireplace and BBQ:

For Indoor Fireplace

* Only Duraflame (or similar) logs allowed. No wood permitted. 🚫🔥
* While a fire log is burning - Keep glass doors open
* When fire log is no longer burning - Close glass door
* Clean fireplace and throw the ashes (only touch ashes once cooled down!!) 🔥🚮 in the trash

For BBQ

* No food should be remaining unattended on BBQ
* Remove any left over food pieces and particles
* Clean BBQ with the metal scrapper provided after each use

Follow below check out rules to avoid additional charges.

*Check out at 11 AM unless agreed otherwise
*Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and turn it ON
*Place dirty towels and linens on floors
*Ensure all doors, windows, and sliding doors are locked just as they were when you entered the house
*Dispose off garbage in the green dumpster located outside the house. No trash bags should be left behind in the house
*Return furniture to it’s original position
*Turn OFF the lights and HVAC
* Clean BBQ with metal scrapper and ensure no food is left behind
* Clean fireplace and and throw away the ashes

Other notes:

* External security cameras at entrance points. These cameras record audio and video and are present in the exteriors of the property only
* Winter requirements: chains may be necessary, bring appropriate vehicles and equipment
