This location offers both tranquility and convenience -- just 20 miles to the entrance to Yosemite National Park, 10 minutes to restaurants and shops in Oakhurst and 20 minutes to Bass Lake.

The well-furnished master bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, creating a serene and enjoyable ambiance for you. This space also features a Smart TV for those who love to enjoy a good movie or show in bed.
Two guest bedrooms are furnished with comfy queen sized beds with ample storage for luggage and clothing.
The final guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed and spacious walk in closet.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Cleaning supplies are readily available for your convenience.

Plenty of parking space awaits you in the spacious driveway. Please note garage access is not included.

Guests can access the entire house, front patio, hot tub, and backyard as stated in the listing description. Garage access is not included and only driveway/carport parking is available.

*Please note that the indoor fireplace in the common area is not functioning and is for aesthetics only. Do not attempt to start a fire in the indoor fireplace. Please use only the outdoor fire pit for a cozy experience.

For ease of access, there are no stairs from the parking area or throughout the home. The entire interior is a single level, with no interior stairs.

We are always available via VRBO message to help you out or answer your questions between 8 am to 9 pm.

★★This property has a very steep driveway, guests please be aware of this prior to booking. If you are not comfortable or confident driving up a steep slope, this may not be the right fit for you.

★★Our location offers stunning mountain vistas. Please be aware that leaves and natural debris may occasionally reappear outdoors, especially after windy conditions. While our thorough cleaning ensures a fresh start for your arrival, nature sometimes has a way of bringing them back. Rest assured, this doesn't reflect the cleanliness of the unit. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the tranquility of our mountain setting.

**Please note that each of our properties has regular pest service, landscaping service, and pool/hot tub service (if applicable) on a weekly/monthly basis so you may see our vendors on-site during your stay for these exterior services.

**Power Outage Policy
Because of the remote mountain setting, occasional utility interruptions may occur. While no refunds will be issued for power outages, we provide emergency supplies in our home for your comfort and safety. These include flashlights, extra batteries, candles, matches/lighters, and basic first-aid items.

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation. gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps . gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.
