Questa bella casa di 2000 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova sullo sfondo della tua personale porzione del fiume Fresno. Goditi la vista spettacolare e i suoni rilassanti di una cascata di 25 piedi dall'ampio ponte del patio. Rilassati all'ombra degli ombrelloni sulla riva del fiume, oppure fai un barbecue sulla buca per il fuoco all'aperto o sulla nostra griglia a propano nel patio.

Una cucina completamente attrezzata con finestre che si affacciano sulla cascata è dotata di tutti i comfort di casa: piatti, tazze, pentole, padelle, macchina per il caffè e stampa, pentole, waffle e molto altro!

La grande camera familiare con soffitti a volta e ampie vetrate è l'ideale per una riunione di famiglia, una serata al cinema o semplicemente per rilassarsi. Le aree pranzo e cucina combinano posti a sedere totali per 16. La zona pranzo nel patio offre 6 sedie e un tavolo.

Con spazio per dormire per un massimo di 15 persone e un ampio parcheggio per camper o una barca, questa posizione pittoresca può rendere una vacanza indimenticabile per tutta la famiglia o una vacanza serena per un weekend romantico per due. . Saremo lieti di ospitare una coppia durante la bassa stagione a partire da $ 250 a notte (le vacanze sono escluse).

La master suite al primo piano comprende un comodo letto matrimoniale, un doppio pouf letto, una grande cabina armadio, bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e porta sul patio esterno. Il secondo piano ha due camere da letto e bagno completo in comune. La seconda camera ha un letto full size e tre camere da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale e letti a castello full / twin. Ci sono due divani letto queen size, un letto singolo pieghevole e un materasso da campeggio nella zona giorno.

We were awestruck by the gorgeous view from the wide balcony surrounding the house. The waterfall was in full force even in dry July. It is close enough to Yosemite Park that we were able to make day trips to the park and come back early enough for a dip in the creek below the water fall in the back of the house.The house is well equipped and functional. The only polite suggestion I can make is that the bed mattresses could be replaced with a more comfortable kind to be compatible with the house and the surroundings.

Amazing house and location

The pictures and description do not do justice to the landscape of this house. At the bottom of a small hill on the property is as beautiful a waterfall as you can imagine that spills into a pretty but shallow stream. There are rocks and a little natural terrace where they have placed beach chairs that you can relax on to the sound of the rushing water. The water is shallow enough you can walk in and fun for kids and for dogs. The house itself is very comfortable with 3 generous bedrooms and a walkin closet in the master. There are two full size refrigerators in the kitchen, which is extremely helpful if you have a large group. We had 9 people and two dogs so the extra storage and cooking space was helpful. They have a nice stove and plenty of counter space. There is a 4 burner blackstone griddle out back which turned out very handy for pancakes, eggs and bacon in the morning and cooking hamburgers and tacos in the evening. The air conditioning in the house is really nice with both whole house central air as well as mini-splits in the bedrooms. All in all, our family had a wonderful time, were delighted with the waterfall and with the owner's responsiveness and would highly recommend the property.

Perfect Family Spot

This property was amazing inside and out. My 3 and 4 year old loved the playground, waterfall, and toys available at the house. The adults loved the amenities equally as much. Yelena was accommodating and quick to respond. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect spot for us! If we ever come back to this area we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely home in a great location...

Our family stayed at the Waterfall House a couple of weeks ago and we couldnt have been happier. The house itself is very charming and well upkept, the playground as well as the backyard waterfall were both such fun for the kids and you can't beat the location, being just minutes outside Oakhurst, Bass Lake and less than 30mins to Yosemite NP, it was everything we could have asked for. The only thing we didn’t fully comprehend from the photos in the listing was how steep and far down the hill to the waterfall was from the house, but, with help from the adults, the kids were still able to go down and enjoy it so overall we were very happy with our stay and the host :)

Vacation Races

A group of us women do a vacation race together every year and rent a home so we can stay together. This house was lovely. Walk down to the waterfall and soak your feet in the cold water. The hot tub was great for after a long hike. Location was peaceful and the owner was great with communication. Thank you !

Perfect house for a Yosemite vacation

This house is great. So close to the entrance of the park. (20 min drive) we had planned on going to the park everyday for hikes but the waterfall area in the back yard was so nice and fun for the kids and adults we took two days off just to play around the house. There’s 2 different grocery store that have everything you could ever need 5 mins from the house. Love the house love the host, nothing bad to say at all.

wonderful property

Waterfall magic

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfall House. Everything was clean and spacious. Yelena, the owner was personable and answered all my questions. The adults, as well as the children had a fun experience of walking down to the waterfall area and swimming in the pools. The mornings and evenings were spectacular, getting to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and experience the sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the landscape. Thank you for the perfect place for our visit.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Immaculate. That was my first impression. Everything was neat and tidy. The house has everything you need. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs - everyone loved the house, location and the waterfall area. It was great watching kids (ages 17-22) as well as the dogs explore each day. The house is so centrally located we were able to rent a boat on Bass Lake, go to the movies, visit Yosemite or just relax by the waterfall. Yelena was amazing and checked on us via text and was available if I had any questions. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful setting and great host

This was a beautiful home. It accommodated all 13 of us easily. Waking up every morning and having our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall was wonderful. The homeowner was very nice and easy to communicate with, even suggesting things to do in the area if you wanted a break from Yosemite. It is an easy drive to the national parks near by as well as the Fresno airport. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you Yelena for opening up your home to us!

Creek access!

This was a great place with lots of extras!! It had a nice gazebo with plenty of seating and propane fire pit, a really nice play structure that the grandkids loved, a basketball hoop and ball, tether ball, porch all around the house with plenty of sitting areas, then the waterfall creek area to swim, and fish it was the ultimate spot for lots of memory making with umbrella and seats next to the swimming hole!! We loved this place!!! There was 5 adults and 6 kiddos!!

Better than expected

The house was better than we expected. Prior to arriving, the owner gave us clear instructions on how to access the house. The kids were excited to see all the amenities that the house had (games for kids, playground, waterfall). The adults liked that the house was clean and well organized. There was only 9 of us, but for larger parties, there is a second refrigerator. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about our stay. She even gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit (which we greatly appreciated). We all enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning next year. Great property and location

The property was very comfortable for 2 families. The playground structure was awesome! Stunning views of the waterfall with access for the kids to play in the creek. The kitchen was functional with plenty of fridge space. Easy access to Bass Lake and Yosemite. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a family gathering with the maximum number of guests and the lodge did not feel crowded. There were plenty of gathering areas outside for smaller groups to gather. The waterfall was spectacular! The owner was flexible and accommodating. We loved our stay.

Great stay!

Very spacious and comfortable house - plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and a dog. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces - the gazebo, lawn games, grill, and of course the private waterfall! Convenient location, close to Yosemite's South Gate, Bass Lake, and the grocery stores in Oakhurst.
