“I just want to give everybody a heads up on this place. Do not use a third-party app to try and book a stay here. They will refuse your reservation and say it is not valid. They do not have a pool that is working, TVs aren't programmed, and the breakfast is very limited. and half the property is under construction and running under a different name. The hotel concierge was rude and disrespectful, and I do not recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk!”

“Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!”

“I am surprised Hilton would put their name on a hotel of this quality. It was barely adequate with so many negatives. First, no closet or dresser in the room. Hang your clothes on hooks like Little House on the Prarie. There were hangers on a bar, just out in the room. There was a bench with an open shelf beneath it for anything you would normally put in a drawer. No drawers to be had. There was no ice bucket in the room, apparently they're stored at the ice machine but not at the machine on our...

“The freezer section was extremely cold, and the refrigerator would not get cold, kept freezing stuff and putting it in refrigerator to keep cold. Told front desk and seemed nothing was done! We were there 3 days”

“A decent stay of you are passing through. The staff was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The building is old and the hallways smelled of smoke, although the rooms were fine. They seem to be in the beginning stages of renovating so the pool was empty and the first floor rooms did not have fridges or microwaves.”

“My room was very spacious and functional. Lots of hot water, TV worked fine. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Shout out to Renee on the desk as being exceptionally helpful. Only negative is that the WIFI was intermittent at best and very slow.”
