“Everthing was perfect! By far the best experience that I've ever encountered with hotel staff. The front desk staff, Tykwon (sp?) and Dakota, were extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served in the hotel's beautiful restaurant by an incredible lady! I'm originally from Baltimore and on my frequent trips back "home", I like to play tourist and I stay in a different hotel each time. I've stayed in 14-16 different hotels throughout downtown Baltimore...
