“This property is a great value for families visiting Asheville, especially Biltmore palace. It's not a fancy hotel with lots of amenities but very spacious units with multi bedroom setup with washer/drier, full kitchen and fireplace.
Their washer-drier setup is very concerning though. Those machines are not cleaned, can be aAJOR FIRE RISK. I noticed the drier is getting very hot with clogged filters because no guest cleans. I hope they on on top of it.”

“Had a room with a sofa bed that was not sturdy. Had a leak in bathroom. Had last room so was not able to switch to another room. The hotel is up for some renovations from what we saw. Some security issues like construction leaving side doors ajar etc. I normally choose marriott when traveling due to my experience but this was low on the scale compared to the last 5 times I was in a marriott within the last 5 years”

“They canceled my entire reservation when I called to let them know my flight was delayed by one day due to weather. Ended up sleeping in the rental car the first night when they surprised me with the news and told me there were no vacancies. Would not recommend”

“The hotel was literally "around the corner" from the Biltmore House and not far from our other destination, the Billy Graham Training Facility. The room and lobby were clean and our room was freshened up each day. Overall it was a good stay for us. Our "however's" are just a couple of inconveniences: 1. There was not a microwave in the room which prevented us from warming up coffee or snacks, and, 2. There was not a complimentary breakfast included in the stay.”
