We had to make sure the door was closed securely each time we opened and closed it. We stayed 3 nights. The second day I asked the maid in the hallway to clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper. We were gone all day at a celebration of life and returned to our hotel exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Our trash cans were full, we needed towels and...
